GF pool refurb info?

Goin to GF at end of April for first time and have been hearing that the main(courtyard) pool will not be completed by then? It was suppose to be done already. does anybody have and recent info or pictures? I tried calling the hotel and they didnt have any info, the person on the phone didnt even know that the pool has been closed for 6 months. Also, i hear that there is no more beach area. thanks

here is the link about the GF here. They have eliminated most of the beach due to the building of the GF DVC. They also have the main pool closed because they are making the shallow end zero entry. You can find photos within. The pool is supposed to open the first week in April, but has been delayed before.

i would love to here how the construction is going and how the resort looks from someone who has been there recently or is going soon
