Getting frusturated with Careerstart

Alright, so I got my acceptance letter and everything for the Careerstart program about a month ago. It said to finalize everything, you needed to email them some information and mail them the form saying you accepted your job. Well I did both as soon as I got it. From there you were supposed to get an email with a link to pay your deposit, but I never got it. And it's been foreeeever. I emailed them once over a week ago asking about it and they said they got all my information, and I should get the link soon. Well I still haven't gotten it so I emailed them AGAIN but no reply this time. It's really getting aggravating. Is anyone else having this problem, or have any idea what I should do? Thanks!

I suggest to actually CALL them before its to late. I had a problem with the college program. They put on my information that i was a spring semester student when i actually was a spring quarter student. I called the number they provided and talked with the representiive. They fixed the problem immediately... So my advice is to talk with a rep...Hope everything works out...Radiohost

Yeah I was going to do that, but I'm not even sure what number to call! I didn't know if I should just call back the 800 number or what. They didn't provide much contact info.
