There are boats that will take you there. The larger boats make the circle between WL, MK and FW. Sometimes they have boats going both ways(meaning one boat is going from WL to Mk and then to FW, and then the next boat would be going from WL to FW and then MK), but sometimes they are all only going one way. If they have boats going both ways, make sure to wait for the boat that is headed to FW first unless you want to ride to the MK first (this would obviously take alot longer). They also have smaller boats that make the cirlce bewteen WL, Contemporay, and FW. These always go in opposite directions from one another....so one will go from WL, to the Contemporay, then to FW, and the next one will go from WL ,to FW, and then to the Contemporay. The boat ride from WL straight to FW is only a few minutes long, but take into consideration you may have to wait for a boat, so give yourself plenty of time. We usually leave our hotel room at WL at least half an hour before we want to be at FW. We always end up getting there a little early, but there is alot to see so it is easy to pass the time. Better to be a little early than late. There is also a path (I forget exactly how long it is but I know it is over a mile), but I would not advise taking it at night since it is not well lit and very isolated.
The boat system at WL can be confusing at first because the routes are not always well marked on the dock. Always ask the boat captain where he is headed to avoid getting on the wrong boat.
