getting from POR to Contemporary

How long would it take to get from POR to the Contemporary? And what is the easiest way to get there? If we have ADR's at Chef Mickeys for breakfast at 9:30, what time should we leave POR? Thanks!

The quickest way is of course to drive or take a taxi. However if you don't have the car, or you don't want to pay for one you can use Disney transport. I would suggest taking the bus to the Magic Kingdom first and then just walking over to the Contemporary. Depending on when you get on the bus it should take you about 45 minutes total to do all that.

we always take the bus to Magic Kingdom and then just for fun take the monorail into the Contemporay. We plan an hour, if we are early we just stay on the monorail around the loop. :wave:

I did that last time. I was early for an Ohana Ressie so I rode around twice. I would walk to the contemporary from MK. This way you avoid having to wait for two buses.

Definitely plan an hour to get there. Like has been mentioned, the easiest way is to hop a bus to MK and then walk over, but the monorail is also very tempting with our family of monorail-obsessed boys (and dad).
