Getting a job as a Disney Entertainer

Does anybody have the steps that a Disney entertainer has to go through to get a job as a character for Walt Disney World? Is it hard? PLEASE give details!

First, this would be better of in the Employment section.

2nd, you have to audition and fit certain requirements (height, weight, etc.). I don't know that much else, but I'm sure MKTiggerman (Rob) can help you. He's in entertainment.
