Scott, do you work at the Disney Store at Sommerset North? I haven't been there since Christmas, has it changed? I really liked how it had two sides to it, a "normal side" and a more artsy side.

Yes I do. But it isn't called the Disney Store. (well, they haven't changed the sign outside yet) but it's called Disney Play, one of Disney's new concept stores. The other side is called Disney Kids and Home. We are 1 of only 2 stores like it in the U.S. I work at Disney Play which is all toys and kids stuff. No more adult stuff there.

I know I can get into the lounge because they have done it before but how do you skip ahead of the line? Go up to the lounge and is there a door? So you still get to see the movie at the "preride"?

:lol: That's easy. All you have to do to get to the front of the line at Test Track is to go in the "singles" line. You may get separated from your family, but sometimes you don't and you can meet them in the gift shop after. That's what my dad and I do all the time. It's fast and easy. If you didn't know that, there's some good advice.

With all the problems Disney is having with attraction sponsorship, I think Disney is going to do all they can do to keep GM and their employees (or any sponsor for that matter, FedEx, etc.) happy to keep that money coming in.

OK, so I told you about the "Purple Passes" but I found out about getting into the V.P. Lounge. I talked to one of our frequent guests today at work and they are both retired GM employees. They have been in the lounge several times. They get in the elevator and show their ID to the camera as someone is talking to them. Then after they have been cleared, the woman sends them up. They can then decide to go on Test TRack from a separate entrance if they want. So it seems that GM employees CAN get into the lounge! Too bad I'm not a GM employee.
