George Lucas Update

What would be good updates for Indiana Jones and Start Tours? I think we can all agree Star Tours needs a facelift, and this is perfect timing to consider an Indiana Jones change. But, to all of you creative and informed members, what would the changes be?

STAR TOURS
Rip it out and start over? Keep the simulator concept and change the movie? Make it like Spiderman at Universal? (I hate copying them, though). A sit-down, indoor theater, like a narrated observatory?

INDIANA JONES
Keep the stage and change the show? Change Dinosaur? Add Disneyland's attraction? Or...drumroll...a high speed coaster setup like the mine carts? :sohappy:

Bottom line, Lucas and Disney could stand to re-visit these attractions, and I'm curious what ideas we can come up with. (KICKER: it must involve a stage show so Mad Stitch can get called on stage and dress up like a market shopper. j/k)

i think the ride queue (spelling?) for Star Tours is good but the actual movie for the ride could use a major update. Or should it be turned into a whole new type of Star Wars ride altogether. Are the virtual simulators really impressive anymore. When i was a kid, Body Wars and Star Tours impressed me, but I am 28 now and think they simulators are going out.

As far as Indy Stunt show goes...i think it would be fine just to incorporate the Last Crusade or Temple of Doom. They've been doing Raiders since the park opened.

I always thought it would be cool if they kept the simulators for Star Tours, but made it so that each simulator had it's own adventure. That way they could have it so that it's more like an airport where you actually choose your destination.
