20th Century Studios president Steve Asbell is the quiet king of franchises and grew up watching and loving genre movies and has very good taste. If Bob Iger had a clue he would move Lucasfilm under the purview of 20th Century so that Asbell can control the SW IP. He’d do a fantastic job and is much more suited for it than the dopey succession plan that Kathleen Kennedy has drawn up with Dave Macaroni Filoni in charge.

IMO Star Trek fans are way more pretentious than Star Wars fans.

Don’t you DARE disrespect Filoni like that. He is who George Lucas would want to see run LFL when Kathy leaves.

You’d better show the same respect to him that Lucas should’ve gotten when he made his prequel trilogy, @Serpico Jones.
