So these discounts are typical at this time of the year? If we had booked through you guys would you automatically be trying to rebook our vacation on the new rates? Thanks a lot! :)

I was able to get this discount. I'm so happy! I had purchased my sister and her 2 children a 3 day trip so that they could come for a bit while we are there and my discount almost covered what I had paid for their trip :)

If you booked through a travel agent, then they will need to be the one to call and see if the can change you over. I would give them a call. :wave:

I can tell you from personal experience that they do just that and more. Over the last 6 months I have booked 3 trips with KK prior to any discounts being available and as of yesterday all 3 were re-booked at lower rates. Marie at KK even went so far a breaking up my stay in December into 2 separate reservations at PORS so I could get the free $50 gift card. I never call Disney anymore to make reservations. I send Marie an e-mail with dates and resort preferences then just sit back and wait for my trip and the almost inevitable "A discount code came out and you are now re-booked at this lower rate" e-mail.

Thank you for starting this tread, it saved our family $840 which inturn allowed us to book some Magical Gathering Experiences and we still have $452 left over. Amazing!

This discount helped me convice DH to spend Christmas at Disney... POR to be exact! :D

I couldn't believe it was available! I called this past Friday and tried the Disney Rewards Visa cardholder code for this same promotion, and yup, got it!! I thought discounts at Christmastime were unheard of!

So if you are thinking of going to WDW this fall... definitely give it a try because there IS still availability!!
