Oh I see you mean like with a new post. My bad.
Will you update the TL?Oh I see you mean like with a new post. My bad.I’m used to the WikiPost system from other installations of XenForo.
I may. At the moment I don’t know what I’d add to it.Will you update the TL?
Maybe more info on one of the pavilions, construction startdates?I may. At the moment I don’t know what I’d add to it.
I believe so.Maybe I'm just old, but what is a TL?
Timeline?
2003: Plans are made to revive Epcot's Future World in what is called Project Gemini.
Plans include:
Future World to be renamed "Discoveryland".
Spaceship Earth - a rollercoaster called "Time Racers" sponsored by Microsoft, with post show sponsored by AT&T. The pavilion races you through different time periods.
Innoventions - split into six parts for two restaurants, two shops, and two exhibits.
Universe of Energy - Intact.
Mission: Space - Intact.
Test Track - Intact. Features a Jr. Autopia at the exterior.
Wonders of Life - Updated attractions.
The Land - an outdoor hedge maze and rainforest rollercoaster, with a port of Soarin'.
The Living Seas - rethemed to "Under the Sea", a Little Mermaid themed pavilion.
Journey into Imagination - rethemed to Monsters, Inc.
The plans are set to be done by 2006. Walt Disney Imagineering starts work on Project Gemini.
The exterior resembles a large double-helix shaped structure, with diodes placed along the sides that will flash and light up. The front line of the attraction has a sort of “timeline” motif, with various scenes from history printed onto the walls as you enter the attraction.2003: Due to Backlash from many Spaceship Earth fans, it is announced Time Racers will become its very own pavilion.
@Miru, what does the exterior and interior of Time Racers look like?
@Miru Any visual aids? The exterior resembles a large double-helix shaped structure, with diodes placed along the sides that will flash and light up. The front line of the attraction has a sort of “timeline” motif, with various scenes from history printed onto the walls as you enter the attraction.
I would say go for a circular motif. Kind of Epcot style “gearpunk” and using lots of clock-reminiscent designs.@Miru @MickeyMouse10 @spacemt354 @ThemeParkPriest @MickeyWaffleCo.
Since in this TL, Time Racers is now it's own pavilion between The Land and The Seas, what should the exterior and interior look like?
