My DH still talks about a veggie lasagna he had at Flying Fish last August. I had a taste and it was pretty awesome. He's hoping it's on the menu again this August; I did warn him that they change their menu often, especially the veggie entree. I used to love the eggplant parm that they don't serve anymore at Tony's.

I love meat and don't really limit my diet in any way other than being mindful of my saturated fat intake. Nevertheless, if any menu has any kind of Caprese dish, I'm immediately drawn to it. The buffalo mozzarella flatbread at the Wave was delightful.

I had that last August, too. It had a little twist in that it used crepes instead of the typical lasagna sheets. I always see that offered in the Summer. They will also create a bento box of sides for vegetarians.

I like the vegetable platter at Tangierine Cafe and the Lighthouse Sandwich at CHH.

Good to know, he will be so happy if he can have it again!! Thank you!

Cranberry waffle at RFC. Anyone who reads enough will know that there is one poster (me) who always mentions this yummy breakfast. But it is awesomely good.

Other than that, I liked the tuna fish at Goods to Go a lot...but I don't know if fish counts as something vegetarians won't eat.

Garden Grill sometimes has awesomely good green beans, as does LTT...but sometimes they don't, too.

Disney has excellent French fries.

Salads...but they aren't great, just typical. POR has a pasta bar that I like a great deal, although it isn't healthy. Chocolate mousse brownie in the America pavilion. Grapes, my favorite go-to snack, especially in the summer.

Other than breakfast foods and treats, I'm having a difficult time coming up with non-meat food at WDW that I like.

Here are a few of my picks:
The Falafel at the Tangierine Cafe is one of my favorites
I really like the Tabouli salad and grilled Veg. sandwich from Sunshine Seasons
The time I ate lunch at Liberty Tree Tavern the chef made me a Thai style noodle bowl that was very good
Vegitarian Wrap from Backlot express is another great meal and is served with a black bean salad that I have made over and over again here at home
The trio dips served at the Victoria Falls areamazing
