I'm thinking about going to the football game tonight, if it hasn't been cancelled because of the smoke. Other than that, I need to finish my homework and college application. My early application for Cal Poly is due Wednesday.

My brother and his family are coming in today for a long weekend. Usually it get hectic with their two kids, but with everything that's been going on recently, I'm really looking forward to having my family around me.

We're also going out to eat for my Mom's birthday! And hopefully we'll get to that Halloween party on Saturday night. I'm anxious to see what types of reactions I'll get from my costume.

Sounds like fun! It will definately be nice to have family around. Do they live close to you?

No, they're flying in from Chicago.
It'll be their first time seeing my parent's new house! I think they'll really love it! I know we do! Too bad it's not warm enough for the pool though.

I want to rent Love Actually again - but I usually start in with my Cmas movie collection after Halloween. Nothing's stopping you though! I have White Christmas, The Bishop's Wife, It's a Wonderful Life, and the first two Santa Clause movies.

My general rule is, that if they're selling Christmas stuff in stores it's time to bust out the CDs.

Target has their stuff out already. :xmas:

I'm thinking of decorating early this year too. It's such a chore to put things up and it always looks SO nice. Plus, I think you can get away w/ having up earlier more so than keeping it up later. :king:
