Not to get into it, but standard tip for a bellman is $2 per bag. Use your judgement on how cases of water or other grocery items translate to "bags."
Just to add to this, I've seen first hand these grocery deliveries handled by the bellmen. When they get a regular luggage run they simply put suitcases on a cart and off they go. These groceries can be very tricky and time consuming for them to stack on those carts. They usually go above and beyond to be careful how they stack things and ensure nothing gets damaged and locate all the stuff in the refrigerator or freezer. The extra time they spend on that takes away from other runs they could be doing. So yeah definitely think about tipping them appropriately.

Especially at certain resorts and depending on the weather conditions. I've never seen a cast member work as hard as the guy who delivered seven cases of water to my fourth floor room at Old Key West (outdoors, no elevators) in August.
