Has anyone used gardengrocer for a food delivery service at their resorts??
I figured it would be nice to have snacks and breakfast bcak at the room rather than go out for breakfast every day, I looked at the grocery service list at SSR and it was quite high..(yes I know it is disney )..Any imput would be greatly appreciated!!!!

We've used GardenGrocer several times, each with great success. He even added some items to his website after we requested them. It took him a few days to see if it was worth while, but he kept me informed.

At any rate - what I like about GG over the other popular services is that you can prepay and he will leave the groceries with bell sevices. They will keep the cold stuff cold for you, and deliver to your room when you ask. Each time, we've arranged delivery so they'll be at bell services about the time we check into the resort. I always tip in advance when paying and have never been disappointed with the service.

He will call and leave a message when your items have been delivered, so make sure you use your cell phone number instead of home number. Also, I've found it necessary to order 3-5 days in advance since his delivery slots seem to fill up more quickly - maybe it was just a busy time.

Where can I find information about the Garden Grocer? I am trying to put together information in my DVC folder - and this service sounds really great! I knew there a service like this was an option at SSR but did not know about the Garden Grocer.
