Hi, I ate at the garden grill a few years back and enjoyed it , so we booked it for our upcoming trip. today I looked at the menu and saw no chicken/turkey meat on the menu (we only eat chicken/turkey). Is this correct? If so I will have to cancel our upcoming reservation. I also saw a differnt menu for lunch and dinner at the san angel in mexico, Can you order the lunch entrees at dinner?if not when does dinner begin and lunch end? thanks

There is another post on Garden Grill - do a search and maybe it will answer some of your questions about the menu...as to lunch/dinner they are mutually exclusive at all the restaurants (although some of the same items appear on both menus). I believe they switch over at 4:00 pm.

Just when I'm ready to proclaim that I've eaten everywhere at WDW, I am reminded of the Garden Grill again!

I'd like to try to make it a point to try it, but it seems I'm drawn to World Showcase for dinner every time! :slurp:

This week, I promise myself I'll do it. Seeing as Lent starts today, maybe Friday is a good shot for the fish. But then again...there is always that delicious Fish Fry over at The UK......

It may never happen!

Sadly you are correct. I only eat chicken and turkey as well (I don't like any other meat), and I have not been able to eat at Garden Grill since they changed the menu. It's unfortunate because it was my absolute favorite restaurant for years. :(

The food was great and the character interaction was the best I've ever had in a character meal. Mickey was indescribable - truly amazing!!!

Oh, yeah, and the food was really REALLY good too!! And I don't understand what you're worried about re: comfort food... That was about as "down home 'Murican cookin'" as you can get!! :slurp:
