Galaxy's Edge

Is there any part of Galaxy's Edge that is open to the public? I'll be there starting next weekend and leaving before it opens. From what I've read, even if it were open, I would not be able to ride (disabled and in a chair).

They are doing previews for cast members and annual passholders but I don't think there is any access to the public till the 29th

So disappointing when you are on a trip close to something opening and just miss out on it. We were on past trips just prior to the openings for 7DMT, FoP, and will probably miss out on the opening of the Space restaurant, Mickey Minnies Runaway railway and Ratatouille. We always have hoped for being in on soft openings but its never happened.

I tried to get a reservation for that weekend, but there were no handicapped rooms available. I had actually forgot that it was the opening of Galaxy's Edge. Since I can't ride, I don't really care, but it would be nice to be able to see.
