I've stayed here and it was not pleasant...showed up at 1 AM and was told that regardless of reservations, if someone wanted a king size bed before we showed up and our reservation is the only one not filled yet that the person gets our room and we are bumped somewhere else...their staff was ubber rude about it and no where was it stated that this was a policy regardless if you requested a king bed a year in advance...I can only imagine how they would treat you with a groupon...
Needless to say, we didn't have a room until 3 AM (after we got sent to two others with double beds) and was still not even a queen bed. They compensated me with a sorry and enjoy your time at disney. The manager proceeded to then tell me I made up the entire situation, however, the people behind us were apparently having the same problem as well...the Wyndham corporation seemed to think giving me a free night there was a good idea as well for my troubles...to that I say I'm glad bad news travels faster than good news...
