FW to Contemporary

Quick question... we have a carriage ride (well sleigh ride) booked for 6pm in December at Fort Wilderness. As it's our anniversary we're trying to pack things in that night so have dinner booked at California Grill at 7.30pm so we get to see Wishes (8pm).

I think the ride is about 40 mins, so what is our best way of getting to the Contemporary in time. I've read on Allears there is a direct boat to the Contemporary, any idea how often they run and how long it takes to get there?

Our other option is the in-laws will be there so can pick us up from the front of FW, but we will have to get the internal bus to them.

The boat runs every 15-20 minutes and takes about 10 minutes to get to either the Wilderness Lodge or the Contemporary. The last time I was in Fort Wilderness the route was FW- Contemporary - WL - FW. But they do occasionally change the direction.
