Future World always closing at 7pm. Why?

You are correct. I remember those much longer hours and being surprised when I returned to find that WS did not open until 11am.

And yes, the hours of FW were shortened way before 9/11.

While FW might "close" at 7..... Pretty much Every worth-while attraction/pavillion stays open until park close these days.

Spaceship Earth
(all of) The Seas pavillion
(all of) The Land pavillion
Mission: Space
Test Track.....

They all stay open until park close. That means only the Imagination pavillion and Universe of Energy close 2 hours early, and something tells me not too many people are worked up about those being closed. Also, Innoventions closes at 7 because it usually quiets down significantly by then, and as someone else mentioned those Cast Members help out with evening crowd control.
