OT How long can you keep meat out of the refrig once it has been cooked? My DH cooked me some fajitas last night on the BBQ pit about 1am and then put them in the microwave so they wouldn't be cold for me this morning. I just found out about them.

Throw them away. :hurl:

Nothing over 2 hours unrefrigerated, less in really hot weather.
