Fuel Rods?

Hey there. Is WDW still letting you swap Fuel Rods? Didn't know bc of Covid. Also, I heard they aren't free anymore? Is that the case? Thanks for any info.

I think you can still swap fuel rods—I watched an update about that on one of the YouTube bloggers (DFB) just last week about it. She said it is no longer free and costs like $3.50 to swap (unless you bought one a while ago that lets you swap for free). Doesn’t seem like a very good deal anymore, especially when you can get very long charging battery rods.

They are apparently back to free in the parks for now; however, even when they aren't if you had purchased before a certain date you could get "founders" status which would provide free swaps for life.
