Frustrated with Disney: Reservation missing.

I've contacted WDW 3 times now and haven't had any luck retrieving our CRT reservation. It was actually on there this past weekend, but I logged on last evening to print out the details, and poof everything was gone. Resort, and dining reservations. I made a call to WDW last night at 9:55 to see what was going on, and like magic after the call they were all there except for my CRT reservation. I called dining this morning and it is still in there system, but it wont load onto the website. I know Its minor, but its very frustrating.

Has anyone had an issue similar to this? How did you resolve it? Should we worry about it if we have our conformation number? Again its in their system, so I know its there, and It was also on our statement as we paid for in full.

Just hope that it eventually shows on the website - otherwise, don't worry about it - if they say it is in their system, it is.

The system doesn't always talk properly to the website.

Relax.

Don't stress it. This is a fairly common occurrence. As Joe pointed out, Disney's computers do not always play nice with the web site. If you have a conformation number and a CM told you that the reservations is in the system you should be golden.

As long as you have your confirmation number don't worry. The internet system goes down often especially in high traffic hours.

Several times since our initial trip booking parts or all of our reservation is missing online but it always comes back and then like clockwork disappears again.

As long as the on phone people say it is in their system or you have a confirmation number you are perfectly fine.

Usually when I experience this anomaly, I click the 'find missing reservations' button, enter my info, and POOF! My reservation magically shows back on the screen :)

I have had reservations disappear on the website frequently. And 99.9% of the time, there wasn't a problem. However, I did have one disappear from the system once after having confirmed it with a rep before we left. It was at the Hollywood and Vine, so it wasn't a huge deal. We were able to get a table as a walk-in anyway.

Since yours is at CRT, I might be a touch more worried because a walk-up probably won't be available. Odds are you'll be all right. But I'd definitely confirm that bad boy over the phone before you leave. And maybe again day-of.

Check to see if the phone numbers match for both ressies! Had that problem last week wrong number under one so it was not able to link with the rest of my ressies!!!!!

The system is VERY sensitive to spellings. Any wrong number or typo, or even information mixed with other pieces (name vs phone number [home vs cell]) will cause the reservation to not show up.

Best advice, keep your confirmation #s for everything. That is the easiest solution to retrieving any reservation.

If you have a confirmation number, you should be good to go. This has happened to me before. Give it a bit and try again, it'll show up. Disney's web services are not always the best, as several people previously mentioned.

This happened to me last week. I went onto my Disney account to print out my list of our reservations and they had all disapeared so i had to go through my emails to print out my dining reservations but my reservation for Sanaa had been deleted and Disney had sent me an email confirming this (I don't know why because I hadn't cancelled anything) so anyways after going back to make a reservation for Sanaa it came up and said that I already had a time and confirmation for it. I don't know why it said that, but if you've got the confirmation email i'd take that with you.

Have a lovely time at CRT :)

It is amazing how such a successful company can have such a terrible computer system. On our last trip, I forgot to bring my confirmation number for dinner at Tony's. It took them at least ten minutes to find my ressie because my TA had put my name in upper case letters and the system couldn't match it up. I'm glad you finally got all you ressie's straightened out.

If your TA had called it in, the CM had put it in upper case.
