Good to see something fun is being inserted in a park day thats entertaining and guest friendly. ( As in no reserevation needed or extra cost. ) I do remember seeing something like this long ago. Many CM's have the talent to give us a good time... please Disney... let's have more.

I’m assuming they’re getting rid of the Splash characters. I wonder who they’ll replace them with?
Speaking of Splash, I know it's closed now for its refurb, but I just learned that it's only for the annual refurb and not the retheming. So I guess that means we still have Splash for a little while? Seems kind of silly to me. I love Splash, but why bother refurbing it now?

Well they’re doing a lot of work on the exterior rock facade, so that will still be used after the retheme. They also have to do their annual maintenance of the submerged parts of the ride. Those water rides are a maintenance nightmare.

It just seems strange to me to not do it all at once. Why not just close it for good until it's rethemed? (Not that I would want that. Splash is one of my favorite rides and I hate to see it go.)
