It makes for a fun story. A lot of what we "know" (or are told) about the parks is apocryphal.

Here’s my conspiracy theory. The sewage leak was a planned event to give an excuse to totally close and refurbish Frontier land to actually erase it and replace it with New Orleans for Tiana.
