From Kidani to SeaWorld?

I know there is shuttle you can arrange (don't really now the details, exactly) but I'm wondering if we're just better off getting a cab from the resort? We're a family of four and we'd preferably like to go and come on our own schedule.

About how much for a cab each way?

My in laws said that there's a shuttle at AKL that can take you somewhere to rent a car for the day. According to them, that's the best way to go. I've never done it personally.

I think Mears does it based on distance, not time. So, check their rates and the mileage and you'll have a really good idea. :)

Sea World is my favorite of all the parks in Orlando. :)

Have fun!

Let me preface by saying yes, I did this last summer so I know what I'm saying:
Take the resort bus to DtD marketplace stop.
Exit to main road and cross the street to the opposite corner- there is a Lynx bus stop (public transit). Get on the #50 bus. It comes every 20 min or so.
It cost me $2 per person each way(kids under a certain age are less or free, I forget)
The bus goes about 6 miles or so, it took us maybe 15-20 min. with stops, and they stop right at the main parking lot for SeaWorld.
When you leave SeaWorld in the evening, cross the street to the opposite side and the #50 will pick you up again.

Hope this helps- it was really easy (and cheap!)
