Me neither! Lo . Now I have to look them up!Never heard of Frogg Toggs.
THNX my dh wants me to order him some for out next trip. Last time he had the ones with the gel in them, not bad but could have been better! I know what's going in his stocking at Christmas LOLThe cooling towel. I think it might be called a chill pad or something like that? It's the original item. Bring it each day in a plastic bag in your backpack (or whatever you bring). That way it doesn't get other things we when you aren't using it. We love it in the parks. Just pull it out, get it wet, wring it out, and put it around your neck or over your head for a minute. Since we tend to visit in July and August it is quite useful.

I'm beginning to wonder if I'm the only person who loves Florida in summerThere are several companies selling similar products. DW and I have used cooling vests, cooling towels & wraps and they were beneficial in helping us beat the heat. They definitely make a difference and we bring them along whenever we go anywhere during the hot months. ( There are products we also use for our working dogs as well ) They are a useful weapon in fighting the heat and allow a longer more comfortable park day.
To a point. One advantage the "cooling towels" seem to have is they are relatively thin which should make the water evaporate a little better. Of course a thin cotton pillow case you have sitting in your closet would most likely work just as well.http://www.consumerreports.org/cro/...racool-and-chill-its-cooling-towels/index.htm
Just saying it would seem any type of towel will help
