Who is the most fringe character you have come across in the parks.

Darkwing Duck (AWESOME)
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

yeah, Launchpad was the most random, outside the entrance to animal kingdom, I had to explain to my 5 year old niece who he was. I felt so old, lol:hammer:

i was wondering if they had launchpad -- not so random -- had 2 series..

It's Prince John that sucks his thumb. I've seen him a lot in the parks, but King Richard only appears at the very end of the film and so I was surprised to see him - but it was quite a few years ago.
