Free Memory Maker Deal Help

I was so excited about this deal until I found out that you need to arrive on the 27th and we are arriving on the 25th. It just doesn't seem fair. Anyone know if I book a different Disney hotel for the 25th and 26th and then arrive at POP on the 27th if I could then get the deal? If I did this it would probably mess with my park tickets, right?

I don't know how it would work with your tickets. However, you can make two separate reservations at the same resort...one for the 25th and 26th...the second for 27th until the end of your trip.

You can book a room before a pkg starts at any resort including Pop. But if you want to use the tickets that are on the pkg, you won't be able to use those until the 27th when you check in (or back in if your at Pop).
You could buy a ticket you want for the entire trip and start using it on the 25th or whenever, then buy a minimum ticket like 2 day usually with the pkg and save it for another trip (you can always upgrade it later). This creates you being out the money for extra tickets but it would let you get the deal.
I recently did this in Jan when I wanted to stay before the pkg deal started Jan 5. I have an AP but did the math and the deal I got came with dining so it was worth buying a 2 day tckt I can upgrade later.

I am not sure if it is worth it. I was going to buy that anyway, so it would save me 150.00. The deal is if you travel between April 27th and ? sorry forget the end date sometime in June I think. You get 25% off your room plus free Memory Maker. We arrive April 25th.

With the memory maker being 150 would this save me money or cost me money? I will have to look into more. Not sure if it is worth all the trouble it would cause. So I couldn't get a 7 day park hopper when I check in on the 25th, that would expire as soon as I checked out of my first reservation? Or do they not even allow a 7 day hopper if you are only staying 2 days?

You can purchase as many day tickets as you want regardless of how many resort days u have. Once u first use the park tickets, they expire in 14 days, unless you get the non expiring tickets. So unless u plan to be there for longer than 14 days, you will b fine!

Buying seperate tickets has no link to what you do with your resort stays. The comment above is correct.

We just upgraded to Caribbean Beach from All-Star Movies for $150. A regular memory maker is like $199 so we actually saved money by upgrading our resort to a moderate. And it's our first moderate so I'm excited!

I spoke to AAA they called Disney and It isn't going to work out, it comes out to be more expensive to split my stay. Because you need to have a package to get the memory maker for free, I could not get the park tickets with my first 2 nights and I also wouldn't have memory maker for those 2 nights either. So it makes no sense. oh well. I wish Disney would give it to anyone who is staying there during that time period, not just people who start their vacation then.

Can this be combined with other offers? I can't deem to find it on the disney website and we are already booked with free dining in September (bounceback).
