All water is treated and filtered, the question is how and how much.

Exactly. Disney is smart, they leave their park water to taste like pond scum so we will all purchase bottled water. Good marketing.

There may be a sign, but they certainly don't enforce it. I used my WDW mug from Contemporary there over and over again.

That photo is on their cruise ship. I doubt they enforce it, but like going to a buffet, a clean plate is welcome as is a clean glass next to the soda dispenser.

I wish they would get rid of the refill mugs. Have Magic Band tied to soda machines. Pick up clean glass and soda dispensed with touch of magic band.
