I’ve never booked directly but when you book with virgin holidays it’s printed on the invoice.
For the trip we just took they forgot to add it and when I spotted it they were able to amend the booking ( cost 1p as they had to show a change).
Next years trip, again booked with virgin, it wouldn’t add if I booked online I had to go to store.
I’d call and if you are within qualifying dates hopefully they can amend the same way our 2018 trip was

We booked with virgin and its on the invoice. As a matter of interest @Oh bother! did you collect before leaving the UK or on arrival in Florida?
Hi Andrew
The Florida concierge will contact you near departure time.
They want you to collect from the virgin desk at MCO normally.
I missed to do this so the concierge had it delivered to AKL for me.
FYI it is a physical gift card but you can use it anywhere including front desk to pay off charges from the magic band.

Yep, if you book with Virgin you generally collect the gift card (along with some other stuff) at the Virgin Concierge in Orlando Airport.

@scritchell Once you get your invoice sorted, this is from the Disney Holidays site:

"If you have received a Disney Gift Card as part of our Free Dine promotion, you can collect this by visiting the World of Disney® store located in Disney Springs during regular store hours (9:30 a.m. to approximately 10:30 p.m.) 7 days a week. You simply need to show your voucher (received with your travel documents) along with a valid Photo ID to the Information Desk within World of Disney and your Disney Gift Card will be issued to you.

Your Disney Gift Card can be redeemed at the World of Disney® store or other select retail locations at Disney Springs and in Parks and Resorts. You may collect your Disney Gift Card at any point during your stay. Please see the Information Desk in the Parks for more details."

Hi
I called them and apparently staying at an all starship hotel doesn’t qualify for the free gift card?!?
