Oh No!!! My parents and grandparents will be checking in on the 25th. Maybe they'll be able to change to a one night hotel only reservation and then have the rest of their vacation start on the 26th. Anyone else know about a situation like this?

Yes, they can change their main reservation for the 26th onward to get free dining, then add a one day room-only reservation for the 25th. I did exactly that this morning. They may have to change rooms on the 26th but ask the agent to link the reservations together (however that's done) to increase the chances of getting the same room for both reservations.
