Free Dining plan??

I've been to Disney the past 2 years in September and we got the free dining plan. I'm assuming that they will be offering the same this year??
I haven't planned the trip the past 2 years so I'm not sure how to go about getting the free dining plan...any suggestions or just telling me how to do so??

There are 2 other active threads on this topic in the "News and Rumours" section. The rumour is that the free dining promotion for end of August and September will be released April 10.

Hi Im from Scotland and I have the free dining plan for Sept 08 for two weeks. We had to book one of the modorate resorts to get the free dining plan. Me and my partner booked this just b4 our Dec 07 trip to the world.

We booked free dining for this Sept. on the bounce back promo offered during our stay last Sept.
Haven't heard if it will be offered to the public or not.
