In the Walmart there is a small section with British foods--like Marmite--boy is it expensive!!! My husband likes to bring his own British tea bags--we drink alot of tea in Britain!!

Maybe, but we go for 3 weeks anyway! 2 years ago we spent $7000 including our meals! Last year with free dining we only spent $3000 with an extra $1000 for our resort, so thats $3000 less!! Works for me :sohappy:

So that put paid to Master Joda's theory. as for us now we have DVC we hardly spend anything while there, Merchandise so boring now same stuff everywhere. used to spend at least £2000 on souvies last xmas only £300.

You are complaining about the discounts that a rather small segment of Disney's clientele gets as if their presence at your resort diminishes its value.

No I'm unhappy that Disney gets us to pay for the upkeep of a resort so they can benefit, been there done this with you before, you wont change my mind as I wont change yours.
