Free dining offer question

Today I received an email offer from Disney destinations for what looks like free dining in the late fall of 2012. After the offer it reminds me to contact disney with my pin. However, there is no pin listed. Is this unusual? I've never received an offer without a pin listed.....

Making a fortune?

Good question on the pin, lol. I went for about ten years before I started getting pins.

I took my sister and her kids one time...she got a pin almost immediately. And she didn't buy anything in her name. She didn't sign up for anything Disney. She didn't even like Disney all that much.

I have no idea how it works, really.

But they don't just sell "free" dining with pins. They sell it to everyone, eventually. At least they have ever since they started this whole "free" dining thing. They're making a fortune on this "free" dining thing. No way they won't give you the opportunity to buy it.

Not so sure about making a "fortune" on free dining, but it sure does make more people go to Disney on vacation!

Call Disney directly to see if they have a pin associated with your name. You may be pleasantly surprised.

If not, don't worry. They almost always start selling "free" dining to the general public before the date approaches.
I didn't get an email about this code. I took your advice and called disney directly and to my surprise, I had a PIN code!! Very excited!! I am takin my daughter that I have just recently been reunited with. She was placed for adoption 25 years ago. This will be the first vacation where I get to be with all of my children! Now I know that I can show her a wonderful time without having to worry about money! This is going to be the best disney vacation ever!!

I hope the Free Dinning goes public soon. I didn't get a free dinning pin I just got a 30 percent off room pin so far and unfortunately it expires before we can book our trip.

I'm going to be in Florida for 4 months for the College Program and my cousin, grandma, and some old work friends from back home are going to come visit for a week. I'm so excited and know that free dinning will make their trip extra special. They don't typically eat at better places so having free dinning will open them up to different places they may not try other wise. Also it will save them a lot more because they are going to stay in a one room moderate so the 200 a day in food savings will be much better than the 100 in room discounts if that even.

My wife received an email and it had the PIN on it. When she forwarded it to me, it disappeared. Maybe Disney has some system of keeping the PIN to one person.
