I called right at 6 a.m. CST and it had some glitch that sent me to the dining department. The nice lady then transferred me to the resort line and after a 3 minute wait I had our FD added on. Hope you get through soon!

Nice! I'm wondering since I said change an exsisting reservation if that's why I'm still holding

I just called the reservation number from the my experience app which was a different one. I will try that one next If I'm holding for too Long. Thanks

Your number came up busy. Lol. I'm giving it another half an hour than I quit. We will just stick to what we have. It looked good until they offer free dining.

they are having major issues with their phones this morning. The TA line that we call did not even have the prompts where we have to add the agency information this morning. It sent me directly to dining also. I have agents that did get through within 10 minutes and they are busy changing all the reservations

I'm still holding. I am booked for wilderness with a room at military discount and deluxe dining. I want to change to the riverside with deluxe dining. I will be saving.

Get off the phone people. I did the whole thing online in about 10 minutes. :) When I went to the Walt Disney World website, it came up as I was booking my room. (I actually went to 'Special Offers', but I assume it would appear no matter how you get to the room booking page.)

I wish I was able to reschedule to take advantage of this. Early June is the only window of time where I'm not booked for the rest of the year so I guess this is one I'll have to pass on.

So tempted but I don't know how to swing it since we went in Feb and planning again next Feb. Oh, SO TEMPTING though!
