Free Dining Available March 5th?

Just read on the mouse for less that free dining would be available march 5th for the general public aug - sept of this year.

It's out for Disney Visa cardholders as of this morning! Here's the details:

Disney won't yet confirm that it opens to the general public on Monday, but that would make sense and follow their previous patterns.

Booked ours today online and then called to have them adjust our reservation with the free dining. Do they even verify that you have a Disney visa? I paid our deposit online with ours, but I didnt have to do anything special to confirm it on the phone.

I got the email from Disney cardmember services and was so excited at first...........then I saw the dates. Begins August 25th and ending late September. We usually go late September for our daughter's birthday but she starts college this fall and will have a completely different schedule...Guess when the first day of class is? Yep.....August 25th! Oh well, maybe free dining around December some time? Can always hope!
