FP+ for Special Events

I don't know if this has been answered on another thread or not. Are you able to book FP+s for special ticketed events like MNSSHP or MVMCP? And if you are going to the park on a day in which one of those events is going on, does MDE take into account the early closing? For example: now I can get MK FP+s at like 10 o'clock, but if I went on a day when MNSSHP was going on would it give me FP+s ending at 7 or would it give me options later than that? I know this may sound confusing. I want to make sure that I can still get the FP+s I want when the park is not open as late.

I'm pretty sure the FP+ reservation system will show the park closing at, say, 7pm on party nights. I don't think legacy Fastpasses were distributed during parties, so I predict FP+ isn't either. I could be wrong though.
