Does anyone know what is the maximum length of a camper that can fit on the tent/pop-up sites? My friends and I finally managed to get a campsite for New Years, but the only thing we could get was a tent/pop-up. Our camper is 31 feet long I believe, and we're worried it won't fit on the site. Any help is appreciated.

The tent/pop-up sites don't have a very large pad. And most of them don't have full hook-ups. The paved areas of the tent sites tend to be no more than about 15' deep and some aren't even that much.

I think Disney will only allow you to set up a tent or a pop up on those sites.

I think it is going to be a tight fit, the length of the tent sites I have seen are fairly short. I have also seen several full sites that are very small

One other thing to think about a tent site is that they are water and electric only. They don't have a sewer connection and the Fort does not have a dump station. That is one of the main reasons that the tent / popup sites aren't recommended for anything but tents and popups. If there is an empty full hookup site, you may be able to use it to dump, but that is a pain in the posterior and if the Fort is truly booked up, there may not be an available site to dump in. If you are going to be there for more than a night or two, you may want to keep trying to upgrade at least a full hookup site. Also, have you taken a look at any of the other campgrounds in the area to see if they have any availability? I know... it's not the Fort, but it is another option to take a look at. I have to agree with Lil Fort about shopping around off property. Hoping to put a 31' camper on a 20' site seems like a bad idea. A few years ago, I had to back our 27 footer onto one of the preferred sites and narrowly missed a few obstacles.

I agree with Dec68, even some of the full hookup sites are a challenge when you are towing due to the extra length of the tow vehicle and angle to road, etc. They tried to give us one site on the inside of the 100 loop with our 29ft tt and tundra. We tried several times to put it in when a CM came over to us and said he had just called the front desk and was working on a new site for us. We went by the site later and there was a small class c in it and they barely fit. Just something to consider

...and just because a site "can" accommodate a 30 camper doesn't always mean it "will".

I have been blessed to get campsites, that with a little wiggling, been able to back in my rig. I did however had to move my neighbors halloween decorations to get in 1 site. I agree with Lil Fort and DRC68 and would shop for an outside campground with the space to accommodate your camper.

Are all the sites like that? We are going in May with a 31ft and we booked a premium site, just wondering if this is giong to be a problem

The premium sites are designed for large motor homes and trailers. They will have full water, sewer, electric (30 amp and 50 amp), and cable TV hookups. They usually have a relatively large paved area and small gravel area.
