There already Is a pathway between FW and WL. It's used for jogging (and biking?) I'm not sure how long it is, but I've walked it, an it's a decently long walk. Great for excercise, but it would be a hell of a walk to get to the pool. Not to mention the fact that WL already has two vey nice pools of it's own. So, while I can see giving FW a better, more themed (and more exciting) pool of it's own, I don't see it being heavily promoted as a pool for WL.
