So the last thing I’ve read says Newey is stepping back from F1 and will focus on the hypercar until early ‘25 and can then go directly to work. Allegedly for Ferrari?
I’d really like to see him go to Aston Martin, but I guess Alonso isn’t enough to offset the Strolls and compete with Ferrari.

KMag is a maniac, but I’m actually OK with it… to an extent.
Ricciardo didn’t do anything to give Marko an excuse. He couldn’t hold Perez off, but he did Sainz. I don’t know if he has the car to,do the same thing for longer stints tomorrow.
Can we have an event in Miami every other week? Racing>Parades.

Not the race I expected, but I enjoyed it!
Doubt we’ll learn anything from Monaco, but we might have some racing going forward.

Heck, Ferrari retained the wrong one and hired the wrong one. Between hiring practices and race strategy, they are screwed 8 ways till Sunday.
I think Leclerc is quicker, but more prone to trip over air. I like Sainz a lot, and while he isn’t quite as quick I think he’s less likely to make costly errors.
Hamilton is almost unbeatable, if he’s in an unbeatable car. Russell seems to be holding his own quite well in the same equipment.
I’d have kept Sainz.

And Darth Stroll looks like he may actually land Newey? Where do I go to get fitted for my Stormtrooper gear. I really didn’t think there was a chance to see Alonso in one of his cars. Just hope Fernando sticks around for ‘26.
