I don't know for sure, but I know in some situations this type of charge is done at load and unload.

If I'm not mistaken, there is a very large section of the Imagination ride building that sits unused. I remember seeing this after the initial massacre of the first version. It was severely chopped in length. Is this still the case?

Not that this has much to do with the possible use for the refurb, but still curious.

The entire 1st floor of the building is used. Most of the finale of the old ride and part of the turntable is now part of the queue/Image Works. You can still feel where the ride track used to be if you stomp your feet as you're walking around.
