For Poly Concierge

Hey everyone! I'm in a really good mood today and hope all of you are having great days too! This is a question for you folks with knowledge of the Poly...particularly the Poly Concierge.

I am planning a trip for July and think I found a pretty good deal on the Poly Concierge and just wanted to ask what it was like..I think I have seen a thread on this before (and might have even posted in it) but I was also wondering where the Poly Concierge building is located compared to the Grand Ceramonial Building.

I know that the Haiwaii is one of the Concierge buildings. It is just a couple minutes walk to the Great Ceremonial Building but I think there are 2 buildings with concierge rooms. Have you tried looking on Tikiman's site?

The Concierge service is in the Hawaii building. It is close to everything in the resort.

Here are some of the benefits to a concierge stay at the Polynesian:

1. Private check-in. Make sure that you tell the bellhop that you are a concierge guest. He/she will take you directly to your longouse (bypassing the front desk entirely) where you will be privately checked in by the concierge staff.

2. Great location. The Hawaii longhouse is centrally located near both pools and the marina, and it is not too far from the TTC and the GCH. If you get a lagoon view, most rooms have terrific views of MK.

3. The Lounge. There is a huge two-floor lounge in the Hawaii for concierge guests. The lounge has a large screen tv, games and books. It's like having a family room on your hotel room. It's a great place to relax after a busy day or to get out of the heat or rain.

4. Food service. Four servings a day, served in the lounge. Breakfast is a little better than continental. The lunch service is light but great for the kids. The evening service is very good with snacks and light entrees. At night, there are cordials and deserts. The quality and variety are great.

5. The staff. The concierge staff a fantastic. They will do whatever it takes to get you what you want or need. PS on short notice, no problem, and the may get you a better table too.
