For Once... Scored Airfare

Boston to MCO... direct, with good flight times (early departure from Logan, late departure from MCO returning). 189 a person... I couldn't believe it. I paid over 300 dollars this past July for the same flight. I haven't seen a sub 200 flight in sometime, hopefully we'll see a nice string of low fares for everyone planning.

I'm just so pumped... for once, not screwed over by the airlines.

We depart 3/18 through 3/25/13.

Delta

Flights leaving Logan at 7AM and arriving at 10:02AM (Flight DL 1315)

Departing MCO at 6:59PM, arriving at Logan at 9:55PM (Flight DL 1102)

189 a person, same flight was 236 on Friday.

Those are the exact flights I'm on this November, though I paid $231 (and booked each flight separately a couple weeks apart because when the return flight hit $98 I just had to book it)

A friend is looking at joining us on the trip, and he's looking at $212 round-trip on United, with one stop each way with a nice early 7:15am flight down, and an OK 3:30pm flight home.

Like you, I typically will fly Jetblue, but their fares have been insane lately. I'm hoping that the talk about Jetblue coming to Worcester will actually turn into something, as ORH would be faster for me to get to than BOS. (Typically on a morning flight from BOS I'll stay overnight with a friend in the city)

Oh my gosh...I am so jealous. We got soooo screwed on our tickets. It's not their fault...my own fault for not doing my homework. You can bet I learned my lesson! We paid $321 per person...$1600 for all our tickets. I could get them now for $1000.

Im STILL kicking myself but trying not to dwell...I get a little depressed...haha

You scored HUGE with those :D

Yeah, I'm just glad because I'll admit... I'm a flight snob, I have to fly direct. I've had way to many bad experiences connecting, missing them due to delays at Logan etc etc

231 isn't that bad, I try to use 200 as a solid benchmark but keeping it as close to that figure is what I try to do.

We got ours for $161 on Delta - New Orleans to Orlando. We usually drive, but this was too good to pass up - so we didn't. 3 more days to go. Hopefully this storm doesn't delay flights out of New Orleans on Friday afternoon.
