When do you think they will be taking down the castle decorations if the Happiest Celebration on Earth is set to end on September 30, 2006?

Sept. 29 to Nov. 12 for the festival

No telling when the will disassemble the castle. My GUESS would be that pieces would begin disappearing each night from the day the Celebration ends. Probably starting with the mirror.

Thanks! We're trying to decide if we want to get pictures taken at the castle in our wedding attire on October 2 but if it's in disarray I don't want to spend the money!

I would say as the date gets closer, you could probably get in touch with guest services and they could probably give you a decent timetable.

Then again, you can always wear your wedding attire to MNSSHP and take advantage of the free picture...and just think of all the people that will remark about your "costume"....:lol:

Wedding at the Wedding Pavilion, reception in the China Pavilion of Epcot. Can't wait!

And that's not a 1/2 bad idea about the costumes

This is not true. Have seen several couples in their wedding attire at MK and Epcot. But they may charge you extra for the chance to take photos or you may have to use a disney photographer.

You can wear your wedding attire in the park if you are having a custom Disney Fairy Tale Wedding. You can also book a castle photography session in your wedding attire on one of the mornings after the wedding before the park opens. All is arranged through Disney Fairy Tale Weddings and you must be having your wedding there to do the photo session. Hope this helps clear up the confusion

Well, in theory, disassembly shouldn't take that much time; however, it comes at a time when Christmas decorating is the priority. I think that if they start October 1st, they could be done by November 1st when Christmas decorating begins.
