I was thinking a truck should be serving Dole Whips, and maybe the Disneyland Candy Canes at Christmas, as long as the truck is ostensibly centered around "park" foods. But I like your idea too.

cool! Wish they wouldn't put them WAY up by Cirque, though. That's not very convenient, and there is already so much food up there. Marketplace would be smarter IMHO.

West Side is pretty much the only place with parking right now. So it might work out for the best that they are over there.

Not a lot of quick-serve in West Side, tho. A Bongos walk-up window and Pucks, which is closer in wait time and price to fast casual. In Marketplace, you have Earl, Brodys/Pollo Campero, Cookes, the remaining Wetzels kiosk (I think) ...

Did you see those portion sizes? I am 5"3 and 110 lbs, and i know for a fact that wouldn't put a dent in my stomach, lol.

No kidding. These look to be closer to tapas sized offerings than a full size portion.

Certainly not me. Especially after experiencing DC's food trucks where you get a lot more food for a much lower price.
