Does anyone know the food supplier for WDW? My mom keeps asking me (like I should know), and I am tired of hearing, "Who makes those chicken strips". If anyone knows, I would love to know!!! Thanks!

Aramark does all the CM food. Not sure if they do guest food too. But it could possibly be Aramark.

Food actually in the parks... a lot of it is all done by Disney... TURKEY LEGS... YUM. :)
Turkey Legs aren't actually done by Disney. All Disney does is cut open the vaccumed sealed pack, place them in a tray, and cook them in an oven.

According to my tour guide on the Keys to the Kingdom tour, the guest food is indeed provided by Aramark.

Erlich Foods International currently has the contract to supply the Turkey Drumsticks to Disney Parks worldwide:

http://www.erlichfoods.com/products.html

"Handsomely packaged and delicious Hickory-Smoked Drumsticks, Wings and Drumettes. The popular Turkey Drumsticks are a favorite at Disney theme parks throughout the world!"

The turkey legs are fully "cooked" (actually smoked) when they are sent to WDW. The staff at WDW only reheats the turkey legs.

Did they tell you also that one of Aramark's largest shareholders happens to be Michael Eisner's wife? I'll bet they didn't give that a mention.:animwink:

What?! NOOOOO!

I know I saw a special with Mark Summers on the Food Network when he went to some type of animal farms over by the AK... What are those farms for?

food suppliers from across Central Florida are contracted to supply food for WDW. One of the larger ones is Sysco (http://www.sysco.com), which has offices and warehouses in Ocoee, FL, north of WDW, that serve primarily the theme parks.

www.farmpac.com out of Texas. I did research into it put two to two together. I found another foodie video on YouTube and the Concession Manager just happen to mention where she got her turkey legs from and mentioned WDW.

This is a 20 year old thread lol!
What happens is, they Google a question, such as who supplies Disney food? And then this thread pops up, they read the responses without checking the dates and then want to add their own information, make an account, post, and then are never seen again 😂

This is why they should lock threads after a set period of inactivity to prevent this.

Or just do what an other forum that I belong to does - put up an alert
