Although not a fan of beets in general, I'll eat 'em in a pinch.
One day I found a jar of pickled beets in the fridge (what the heck they were doin' in there I have not a clue ).
I tried 'em, and then proceeded to eat the whole dang jar! Finally, an "eatable" beet!

Beet lovers of the world unite! I love beets and my DH makes them out of our garden with jalapeno! They don't last in our house long. Both my boys love them, too!!
