1. What can't be missed
2. What we should skip.

-Spam Hash from Hawaii
-Duck Bao Bun from China
-Taste of Greece from Greece
-Smoked Salmon Potato Pancake from Scotland
-Filet and Soup from Canada

There’s some surprisingly good options at the Future World booths too.

We skipped places like Germany that offer a lot of the same items they offer year round at Sommerfest.

Also take the time to visit the Festival Center to see the Ghirardelli chocolate displays! They’re so cool.

Do you like chocolate? If so, don't miss the liquid nitro chocolate (I think it was at the chocolate studio). BEST THING EVER!!!
