We have been to this event for the past three years or so. They plan alot of special meals at each country along with small kiosks set up to offer $1-$5 food and drink specials from each country. It was great. There was wine tasting and beer tasting at different countries. Lots of the activities were free with admittance, but there were some tasting activities that had a small fee. You will need to make reservations early for what country you would like to eat at and that cost is not included in your admission. You pay at the restaurants just as normal, but they offer different menu items during this time to expand what the country has to offer. Their landscaping changes as well to have food themed flower displays. Those were really cool. We got some great pictures of Mickey and Minnie floral displays dressed in overalls as if they were farming. It is spread out across World Showcase, but there were some small displays close to the entrance. Entertainment was heavy during that period. It is definitely a great time to visit.
