Fold out couch mattresses??? How Comfy?

I am going with my wife and her family, and will be staying in a 2 bedroom villa at the Boardwalk this Sept., and we have never been in anything other than a studio. There will be 6 adults and one infant that will be in a pack and play.

Undoubtedly, an adult will be forced to sleep in a fold out couch bed. My question is, has anyone slept in one of these? And, how comfortable are they?

Any help would be appreciated. We have 7 months to figure out sleeping arrangements, and would like to put the plan to bed, no pun intended, before we arrive.

Thank you all for any comments or help that you can provide.

I love them. It is the same cushioning on the single sleeper as the double. I typically end up on one of those. However, I have only used the SSR, AKL, and BLT ones. If BWV is utilizing the same style then you will be happy.

I think the determination of how comfortable it is will depend on the person. I find the DVC pullout bed to be better than most because they don't have the awkward bar and folding problem that plague most. However, the mattress is very firm, so if you don't like that then you probably won't enjoy sleeping on the bed.

I've not had complaints on them and my 78 year old aunt has slept in them several times (she would prefer her own bed in teh "girls" room rather than sharing and its lower than the queen so she's happy.

She always says she gets a good nights sleep. Next week when we arrive home, my 13 year old twins will share one
